Back to school

Hello sweeties! Time for a new card, it has gone two weeks since last post, gosh time flies when having fun. Oldest son is back at Uni and youngest son is back for his last year at upper secondary. It has been busy weeks at the school for me too :) I'm quite excited, I'm back at the school bench reading school law. I'm still teaching fulltime.

We're all about school at Sweet Stampin' too and we're being sponsored by Crafts U Love!!!

Challenges:
Get Creative Challenges: No patterned paper
Addicted to stamps: CAS
Crafty Catz: Golden Oldies (I've had the apple and the frame stamps for ages )

Duktig means good in Swedish.

Materials used
Stamps: Magnolia apple, Prima frame, Vilda Stamps sentiment
Colours: Distress ink, ProMarkers, Sakura gel pens, black Memento ink
DQWV card stock, Panduro star sequin

Thank you so much for visiting, it's much appreciated! Today we'll have a craw fish party, it's a Swedish tradition to have one when August full moon occurs. We'll be having crawfish, cummin spiced cheese and a pie.

Hope you'll have a wonderful weekend too.

Love and hugs
Maarit

Miss sharing these things with her! I hope you have a wonderful celebration sweetie and I love your gorgeous card for this challenge. Nailed it as always! Kram, Wends x

  5. Lovely card, and how interesting you are reading school law. Is this to become a lawyer or another role in the school. Enjoy your crawfish party!

  6. Love the chalkboard design for your fabulous DT card, Maarit. School law sounds interesting - are you doing this full time or are you combining your studies with teaching? Your August full moon celebration sounds great, too - I love what's on the menu! Hugs xx

  15. Lovely card! It's funny, I was just talking to a friend of mine (we are both in our late 50's and baby boomers), and I said to her how interesting it must be to see a classroom in this day and age. :) I am sure it is nothing like the classrooms when I went to school. I wish you all the best!
