The Seaside

Less Is More has a fabulous challenge this week; I do like to be beside the seaside. Try to say that fast ten times! Easier to make a card with it as a theme, I come from a nautical family so this fits perfectly to me and who doesn't enjoy the seaside? Or is there a too small amount of whiteness around the image. Ah, let me know if it is so!

For me it's luxury to spend time by the seaside so the ATCAS theme fits in too. CASology has the theme Under and spending time under a palm tree isn't too bad at all.

Materials used:
Kaisercraft image stamped with black Versafine ink, coloured with Distress inks. Some white, black and metallic Sakura highlights added.
The sentiment is Chocolate Baroque.

Thank you so much for visiting, hope you come back soon again.

Warm hugs
Maarit

  4. My main house is abut 20 minutes from the seaside. I love to go down there and walk when the tide is out. The kiddies love to search for shells and baby crabs...giggling with delight at the tidal pools.

Your card captures that feeling of the sea...love the ink you used...it is just right!
