April Shower brought us May Flowers

Howdy!? Hope you're enjoying the weekend, I've experienced a few personal set backs and been a bit low. Nothing serious at all, I'll dust it off. I got a little help from the saying; April Showers brings May Flowers, there will come good things if  I have faith ...and with some hard work. So, as I work hard I play hard, hehe! I'm trying to learn to make pleasant photos of cards, something I often struggle with. The Northern Hemisphere can be a challenge light wise during the winter months, so I'll try to get a grip of it now.

Less Is More: Flowers
Charisma Cardz: May Flowers
Crafty Calendar: Showers and Sunshine

I used:
PB stamp, Aqua Markers, Derwent Inktense pens, Perfect Pearls, water mister,
Memento London Fog ink for ground
Impression Obsession sentiment, black Versa Fine ink
Kaiser half pearls
Wishing you everything good!

Warm hugs

  6. Hi is hoping the May flowers chase awa what is making you low. Our crafting is always good therapy for me when I feel a little low.

I read once doing at least one thing that brings you joy each day, helps keep lows away. It can be as small as having your coffee outside to enjoy the bird songs in the morning or maybe lighting a scented candle while you have your bath. Just find those moments of special joy.
It does help me when i am low.

Your card is lovely. I like that slightly blurry look you get with this technique. I must give this a try once I am home again. I only have one largeish bag of supplies with me and still managed to forget things! Forgot to bring a stamp block to hold my stamp! lol

  7. What a fabulous effect you have achieved with these flowers Maarit!
    Thanks so much
