WOYWW

Thought I would join the fun and show my work desk at WOYWW. As I got problems with my back I'm mostly standing when crafting and my work desk is an ironing board covered with a waxed table cloth. My messy crafting easily leaves stains. Glamorous crafting at it best :)

From the left you can see my tool box with everything I need for stamping. My IPod, love to listen to a book when crafting. Craft sheet, cutting mat and a container for beads. You can read more about the card in my earlier post. The towel to the right is for cleaning off ink from stamps and craft sheet. The jug contains small tools I often use.
Here's my toolbox with all my inks. The cut out sponges are for distressing and the LEGO construction is my Stampamagic tool. I'm using it with a plain piece of acetate.

Thanks for visiting!

  4. What a great little crafting space you have! Lets face it, if we have more space we just cover it with crafting mess!

Ive had major spinal surgery too so I can appreciate what you're going through. Thinking of you!

  7. I cannot stop laughing - really -

your lego for a right angle to help position I can understand (a little) becuse I knwo most people have a need to be more precise than I do...

but the stamp - a ma - jig? I just looked at the video link - and though it was a spoof - then realised - it's for real?

do people really pay for these things?

    soooo funny,

I am genuinely sorry if my response is disrespectful...I can't help my naughty self,

    (back to laughing)

  8. I am trying to ignore Doone's silliness ... however she did make me laugh too ... a fabulously well adapted space ... and I like the thought that you can't actually do any ironing ... please don't burst the bubble and admit you have another one :0)
I hope your back improves X

  10. Welcome to WOYWW! You are our third ironing board user I thin - but I have to add that you are also incredibly organised - your tool carrier is a sight for sore eyes. Pretty card. I have an improvised positiner too - although as you can tell from stuff on my blog, I don't use it often enough!!

  12. Interesting stamp positioner! Reuse and recycle gets my vote. Love your green tote and how organised you are. Hope your back improves, I have a bad back from time to time but have avoided surgery.

  13. Lego tool? Interesting. I'm off to check out what the stampamagic does. Think I might have to try crafting standing up as my back quite often ends up killing me sitting down
