Peach and Pink Fairy-now with faux stitching :)

Good morning! Hope you're all doing well. We're enjoying the heat and the white nights, taking cool dips in the sea and eating ice cream. In November we'll be embedded in cold a darkness again, but that's far far away :)

Crafting is a bit slow now and my colouring skills, has gone on a vacation. Can't get the colours to work as I want. Small worries, eh?

Image is from The Greeting Farm and text is Magnolia. I used watercolour pens and a lot of Stickles. Magical Dimensions for her hair to get a shine ( her hair did turn greyish, doh). Butterfly is Spellbinders (stamped with Inkido butterfly with embossing ink) and leaves are QK (stamped with TH script). Flowers are made with QK and Cuttlebug dies. The flower and leaves did get some highlights with Liquid Pearls and the butterfly is heat embossed to get some shine.
Tulle ribbon, gems and decor paper are from my stash.

Creatalicious Challenges: fab sketch to follow and stitching
Colour Create Challenge: baby pink, peach and black with the optional tulle

Thanks for visiting and any comments you may leave,

big hugs

  2. Hello Maarit!
What a great idea using your ironing board! Great for your back as you have to stand & craft. Loving your cards, very pretty! Thanks for the comment on my blog, Those Ice Stickles you see on the desk are all new last week, But you know what ( I am ashamed to admit this) I have another 30 stashed in a drawer!!!....Take care.
