Enjoy the Journey

Hope you're having a fab week so far. Mine is really good, I've been able to take walks without crutches! YAY!!! It's such a relief! Now I only need the physiotherapy for muscle and balance training.

This card was fun to make, love to use a lot of stamps and inks :) I think that TH and House Mouse stamps works so well together as they both have many details.
I was very brave today and cut the sentiment stamp in two pieces. Had to pause for a moment, hehe. Now I can use the stamp in many ways and it will be more useful.

Stamps: House Mouse, TH harlequin, Eiffel Tower, French letter and sentiment
Colours: Distress Inks, Versa Color, Versa Fine
Ribbon is Panduro. Gems and decor paper are from my stash. I used some Dimensional Magic to the ink bottle. (And yes, the mouse is using a clear ink that turns to black when he uses it...pure magic!)

House Mouse Challenge: Farewell / Good bye
Colour Create: soft aqua and green (didn't go for the optional butterfly)
Simon Says Stamp: blue (or pink), green and brown

Pink dots

Hope you had a fab weekend and are ready for a new week! I'm all into another size of cards at the moment. Some of them might find their way to the gift box I made last week. Could make a perfect gift for someone :)

I dry embossed the ribbon to have something more than just the image and all layers, and I also added some fab gems.

As I want to make 5 or 10 cards with envelopes for the box; the cards have to be quite clean. So no big flowers, I almost forgot that and started to fit in some lovely roses to the card, hehe. Five cards with bulgy roses wont fit in to the box!

Stamp: Penny Black
Colours: watercolour pens, Distress Inks, Versa Color
Tools: Spellbinder dies, Cuttlebug embossing plate
Gems are KC, decor paper and ribbon are from my stash.

I'm entering:
A Spoon Full of Sugar: girly
Penny Black Saturday Challenge: dots

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a fab weekend. The weather is glorious here, warm and sunny. It's lovely to stay outdoors and feel the warm breezes. Even though it makes me to a bad blogger for the moment. I'm also busy with all my physiotherapy, but I hope to be hopping around as usually soon enough. Both in real world and blog land.

I've made a very girly giftbox with a lush decor paper from MME. I've kept it for a year now, just looking at it, hehe.

The corners are Cuttlebug. The border is MS and the butterfly stamp is Inkido, it's embossed with a pearly powder and got highlights with Stickles and a Sakura pen. Buttons and ribbons are from my stash.

A last pic showing some very glittery flowers at the inside of the box. They are made with Cuttlebug dies and a Panduro punch.

Butterflies and blossoms

Hope you had a fab weekend! Ours was a bit chilly, not as warm as May usually is. It was very comforting to get indoors after my daily walks and spend some time crafting. Isn't it great with our hobby, it doesn't matter if it's pouring down or the sun is burning! And we don't have to think about what to put on, any clothes will do, hehe.

I played around with my new butterfly stamp and had a great time. It's perfect for the second challenge at Sir Stampalot Challenge, butterflies and blossoms. They have the most wonderful prize!

This is what I used for the card:
Stamps: Kortmakaren
Colours: Distress Inks, Sakura pens, Stickles
Tools: Panduro flower punch, Cuttlebug flower dies, sewing machine
Beads are from my stash.

Tomorrow I have an appointment with my physiotherapist again...

Warm hugs
